HOW IT WORKS
When you join the Exchange, your home will be listed on the site. A base-Key value will be assigned according to your home’s current market value. Choose the times that you agree to make available exclusively for other members and you will be credited a specific number of Keys, the currency in the club. The more desirable the time of the year that you deposit, the more Keys you can earn.
