To be accepted into the club, your property must be located in a desirable location with quality furnishings, appointments and amenities. There is no commitment.
MAKE WEEKS AVAILABLE
Select weeks that will be available for other members to reserve. THIRDHOME will award travel credits, called Keys, for each week deposited based on the value of your home.
RESERVE YOUR TRIP
Simply browse our website, select an available week at any of the properties and book it by trading your Keys and paying the exchange fee.
MEMBERSHIP PRICING
Once you join THIRDHOME, your membership is for life with no annual fees. However, we offer different membership tiers, each with their own set of special club perks.
NO INITIATION FEE
The standard fee to join is $2,500. We are currently offering Premier Live guests, clients and friends a complimentary membership with qualifying deposits.
NO ANNUAL FEE
Once approved, members may choose to upgrade to a higher membership tier offering greater privileges if they desire.
EXHANGE FROM $395 (USD)
The price per exchange ranges from $395 to $995 per week based on the number of Keys used.
